Model horses

I had a wonderful time at the Toronto Live Model Horse Show, May 3. I used to be a Breyer horse dealer, many years ago, and have always liked model horses. I'm going to BreyerFest in Kentucky this year for the first time, and thought maybe it would be fun to show a horse there, so I got out my art supplies, and started making some painted ponies. These are model horses that I have customized, primarily by painting them with pastels. The large Roman Chariot is a signed Santini sculpture from Italy, originally all white, which I customized using pastels and acrylic paints.
